Where will I be working?
Greeny's Pest Control is currently located in Ontario, and although we only service in this province right now, we have some pretty ambitions goals for growth. Greeny's currently services in Guelph, Orangeville, Brampton, Newmarket, Barrie and Wasaga. This means there is lots of opportunity for you to pick which area you will work this summer. Some travel may be required and although a vehicle is not required it is considered an asset!
What services will I be Selling?
Greeny's Pest Control offers a range of services in the residential pest control industry. From property wide Mosquito and Tick Control to Insect and Rodent Control for the home. Your job as a Greeny's sales person is simple. Your task is to find the homeowners who can benefit most from what we offer. Don't worry too much about wondering if you have what it takes... pest control is a service that tends to sell itself!
How much money can I make?
In sales & Marketing, the sky really is the limit. Here at Greeny's we encourage our ambassadors to set big goals for themselves. With that in mind, we also feel it is important to be transparent from the start. This is a tough job and it takes a lot of dedication and focus to succeed at the highest level. If you would like to get into more detail regarding our compensation structure we would gladly provide you with additional details you after you submit an application.
Will there be future opportunities?
Greeny's believes in rewarding commitment and dedication from its ambassadors. As we look to expand, there will be lots of opportunity for you to move into higher paying management roles. Greeny's also realizes that there are others in the industry who may already have experience and could jump directly into a management role. What kind of training will I get?
In addition to direct mentorship by an experienced Greeny's rep, ambassadors will be given training, as well as resources they can study at their own pace. We understand the importance of feeling prepared and prefer tightly knit groups that can provide that sense of confidence for our newest members from day one! At the end of the day, most will learn best by just giving the job a try!
